We don't include batteries to make international shipping easier and more hassle-free.
Depending on usage, the Slowfeeder can provide up to 20 hours of operation on a set of batteries.

Please follow these guidelines when using the Slowfeeder:
- Battery leakage: Replace all batteries at the same time and never mix old and new batteries.
- Correct installation: Always install batteries according to the correct polarity (+ / -). Incorrect installation may cause malfunction or damage.
- Battery disposal: Dispose of used batteries according to your local regulations.
- Do not short-circuit: Never short-circuit the batteries, as this may cause overheating or leakage.
- Do not recharge: Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries, as this can result in leakage or fire hazards.
- Battery leakage or rupture: If you notice leakage or corrosion in the battery compartment, carefully clean it with a dry cloth and replace the batteries immediately.

- Keep away from moisture: Do not expose the product to water or excessive moisture. This may cause electrical shorts, corrosion, or malfunction.
- Avoid overheating: Do not operate the motor continuously for extended periods. Turn the device off when not in use and avoid prolonged operation.
- Turn off after use: Always switch off the motor when not in use to conserve battery life and prevent unnecessary heating.
- Do not force the switch: If the switch feels stuck, do not force it. Doing so may damage the motor or battery contacts.
- Stop use if malfunction occurs: Discontinue use immediately if you notice smoke, unusual sounds, excessive heat, or other signs of malfunction.
- Children: Keep the product and its components away from children. If used by children, adult supervision is required due to moving parts and electrical components.

Materials
The body of the Slowfeeder is printed with PLA, and retrieved from corn starch. All compartments are equipped with high-quality magnets to ensure easy access to the electric compartment or to change the feeding disc.

As of December 19th each additional adapter also comes with its own lid to keep dust out when the feeder is not installed.
Compatibility
The PRO-feeder 2.0 is designed to work with all of our current and upcoming adapters. We are constantly working on more grinders and will publish these within the next couple of weeks and months.
If your grinder is not listed, feel free to reach out to us directly for a possible discount.
Care Instructions
Do not open the device: Do not attempt to disassemble the product, as it may damage internal components or void the warranty.
Proper cleaning: Clean the device gently with a dry cloth. Avoid blocking vents or ventilation areas.
Inspect before use: Periodically inspect the battery compartment for signs of corrosion or leakage. Clean contacts if necessary.
Avoid extreme temperatures: Keep the product away from extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery performance and motor efficiency.
No direct sunlight exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can damage the product.
Remove batteries for long-term storage: If the product will not be used for a long period, remove the batteries to prevent potential leakage or corrosion.
Free Shipping Threshold
This product ships domestically, so it counts toward our lower $75.00 free-shipping threshold.
Products that ship domestically (from Germany, the US, Australia, or Canada, matching your delivery address) qualify for the lower $75.00 threshold. Products that ship internationally from Germany need the higher $174.36 threshold instead.
These are tracked separately, since domestically-shipped and Germany-shipped products ship in separate shipments even within the same order. Adding a product that ships from Germany won't raise the threshold on your domestically-shipped items, and vice versa — if your cart has both, you'll see two separate progress bars, one for each.
