Shipping Policy

We make our products to order and aim to process and ship most orders within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, production location, availability and order volume. Please check the individual product page for any specific processing or shipping information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Where applicable, free shipping thresholds and available shipping options are displayed in the shopping cart and may vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within Germany, the US or Australia, standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped. For orders shipped within Canada, standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. International orders may take 7-21 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Where Orders Ship From

Most orders are shipped from Germany.

To reduce shipping distances and delivery times, selected 3D-printed products may be produced and shipped from one of our production locations closer to you.

Our current production and fulfilment locations are:

Germany
United States
Australia
Canada

For eligible 3D-printed products, an individual item may be produced and shipped from a location that is appropriate for the delivery destination.

If an order contains multiple products that cannot be fulfilled from the same location, the order may be shipped from Germany or may be split into multiple shipments where necessary.

The applicable shipping costs and available shipping options are displayed in the shopping cart.

International Orders, Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected by Fused Visions at the time of purchase, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

The applicable treatment of VAT, sales tax, import duties and other charges depends on the destination country, the value and nature of the goods, and the applicable local regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where required.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, severe weather, natural disasters or other events beyond our control.

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact us at:

Please include your order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
