What does "in stock" mean for Made to Order products?
Some of our products are made to order rather than kept pre-made in a warehouse. When a product page shows it as in stock, it means we're ready to produce and ship it — not that a finished unit is already sitting on a shelf. Production begins once your order is placed, which is why made-to-order items include a short production window before they ship.
Why does Shipping & Delivery take so long?
Most orders are produced within 7 business days before they ship, as many of our products are made to order rather than pre-stocked. Once your order ships, domestic deliveries within Germany, the US and Australia typically take another 3–5 business days. International orders may take up to 21 business days after shipment and can take longer due to customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
International and Domestic thresholds for free shipping - what's the difference?
Free shipping thresholds depend on your delivery destination and, for some products, where the product is shipped from.
For Germany, Australia and the US, eligible products may qualify for a domestic free shipping threshold. Products that are always shipped from Germany may instead be subject to our international shipping threshold for Australia and the US. For all other destinations, the applicable international free shipping threshold applies.
Once you add a product to your cart, the applicable shipping cost and progress toward the relevant free shipping threshold will be shown immediately.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — eligible orders qualify for free shipping once they reach the applicable free shipping threshold. The threshold depends on your delivery destination and, for some products, where the product is shipped from.

Why am I being charged a “Shipping Fee” if checkout says Free Shipping?
Our free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the products and delivery destination in your cart. If your order has not yet reached the applicable free shipping threshold, a Shipping Fee will be added to your order.
Due to the way our store's shipping system works, checkout may still display “Free Shipping” as the shipping method even when the applicable shipping threshold has not been reached. In these cases, the Shipping Fee shown in your cart or order summary is the actual shipping charge for your order.
Your cart will always show the applicable shipping cost and your progress toward the free shipping threshold before you complete your purchase.
How long does Production take?
Most orders are produced within 7 business days. Some products may take longer depending on demand or batch size — check the individual product page for its specific estimate.
How does the Return process work?
For eligible consumer orders, you generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from delivery. Products should be returned in accordance with our return instructions and applicable consumer law.
To start a return or withdrawal, please contact us first at support@fusedvisions.store. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Certain exceptions may apply, including products made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized. The statutory withdrawal right is separate from your rights regarding defective or faulty products.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law once the return has been received or the required proof of return has been provided.
