Cancellation of orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase without any penalties, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fusedvisions.store or submit a cancellation request through your customer account.

If your order has already been shipped, our cancellation policy no longer applies. In this case, you may exercise your applicable statutory right of withdrawal as described below.

Returns

We accept returns in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights.

For consumers in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received. You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Please do not send a return before your return request has been confirmed. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

For return shipments, please use a trackable shipping service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or we sent you the wrong item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid for the original order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

For statutory withdrawals, refunds will generally be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, if applicable, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days after the return has been received and approved.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

the item arrived damaged;
the item is defective; or
you received the wrong item.

Please contact support@fusedvisions.store and include your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected by this return policy.

Non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in certain legally defined circumstances.

For example, the right of withdrawal can be excluded for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item in accordance with the applicable return conditions and placing a new order separately.
