Warranty Conditions

Fused Visions, operated by Mehrdad Mosafer Haghighi, is responsible for statutory defect liability (Gewährleistung) in accordance with applicable law.

For consumers in the European Union, the statutory warranty period is generally two years from the date on which the goods are received.

If the purchased product has a material or manufacturing defect, you are entitled to the statutory rights provided by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, these may include repair, replacement, a reduction of the purchase price, or withdrawal from the purchase contract.

To help us process your claim, please provide your order number or a copy of your original invoice/order confirmation and a description of the issue. Photos or videos of the defect may also be requested where appropriate.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Limitations

Statutory defect liability does not generally cover damage or deterioration caused solely by:

  • improper use or handling;
  • use contrary to the product instructions;
  • unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • accidental damage, impact or dropping;
  • improper storage or maintenance; or
  • normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

Whether a particular issue constitutes a statutory defect is determined in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods are not limited by any terms on this website.

In particular, the statutory two-year period for consumers in the European Union remains unaffected.

This statutory defect liability is separate from any voluntary manufacturer's warranty. Fused Visions does not provide an additional voluntary manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product.
